Job Summary
Occupational Therapist (OT) role in a sub-acute nursing home setting in Maple Shade, NJ. Responsible for evaluating residents, developing and implementing evidence-based interventions to improve ADLs and mobility, and coordinating with an interdisciplinary team. Provides therapeutic exercises, educates residents and caregivers on adaptive techniques and equipment, documents progress, and ensures compliance with HIPAA, infection control, and facility regulations. Required Qualifications
- Licensed OT in New Jersey
- Graduation from an accredited OT program
- OT license or eligibility in New Jersey
