Assist the Director of Therapy Operations with daily team management, including scheduling, orientation, training, and communication with staff and hospital departments. Provide direct patient care by understanding physical, mental, and emotional needs to aid recovery, while championing small victories along the rehabilitation journey. This role requires an active Occupational Therapy license, CPR certification, and a Bachelor's or Master's degree, with a minimum of three years of OT or leadership experience. Required Qualifications
- Occupational Therapy license
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- CPR certification
- Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited therapy program
- Minimum of three years of experience in occupational therapy or leadership
- Minimum of two years of clinical experience
