Job Summary
Assist the Director of Therapy Operations with daily team functions, including scheduling, orientation, training, and communication with staff and hospital departments. Provide direct care to patients by understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs to aid recovery, while championing small victories along the rehabilitation journey. Requires a current Occupational Therapy license, CPR certification, and a Bachelor's or Master's degree. Minimum three years of OT experience with two years of clinical background is necessary. Required Qualifications
- Occupational Therapy license
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- CPR certification
