Job Summary
Assist the Director of Therapy Operations with daily team functions, including scheduling, orientation, training, and communication with occupational therapy staff and hospital departments. Provide direct care to patients by understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs to aid recovery, while championing small victories along the rehabilitation journey. This role requires an active Occupational Therapy license, a Bachelor's or Master's degree, and at least three years of experience with two years of clinical practice. Candidates must obtain CPR certification within 30 days of hire. Required Qualifications
- Occupational Therapy license
- CPR certification
- Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited therapy program
- Three years of experience in occupational therapy or leadership
- Two years of clinical experience
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
