Occupational Therapist (OT) Team Lead

Assist the Director of Therapy Operations with daily team functions, including scheduling, orientation, training, and communication with staff and hospital departments. Provide direct patient care by assessing physical, mental, and emotional needs to guide recovery, while championing small victories along the rehabilitation journey. Maintain a full-time schedule with a minimum of three years of occupational therapy experience and an active clinical license.
