Job Summary
Assist the Director of Therapy Operations in daily team functions, including scheduling, orientation, training, and communication with staff and hospital departments. Provide direct care to patients by understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs to aid recovery, while championing small victories and guiding them toward rehabilitation goals. Build rewarding relationships through personalized, compassionate treatment in a supportive environment. Requires current Occupational Therapy licensure, CPR certification, and a Bachelor's or Master's degree with at least three years of OT or leadership experience. Required Qualifications
- Occupational Therapy license
- CPR certification
- Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited therapy program
- Three years of experience in occupational therapy or leadership
- Two years of clinical experience
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
