Job Summary
Assist the Director of Therapy Operations with daily team functions, including scheduling, orientation, training, and communication with staff and hospital departments. Provide direct patient care by assessing physical, mental, and emotional needs to aid recovery, while championing small victories and guiding patients toward rehabilitation goals. Requires current Occupational Therapy licensure, a Bachelor's or Master's degree, and minimum three years of experience with two years of clinical practice. Must obtain CPR certification within 30 days of hire. Required Qualifications
- Occupational Therapy license
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- CPR certification
- Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited therapy program
- Minimum of three years of experience in occupational therapy or leadership
- Minimum of two years of clinical experience
