Adapt plans of care to ensure optimum treatment benefits and document evaluations, daily treatments, reassessments, and discharge information accurately to facilitate communication with physicians and the rehabilitation team. Required Qualifications
- BS or MS in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
- Valid and current New York State Occupational Therapy license
