Job Summary
Occupational Therapist (OT) to work with a multidisciplinary rehab team in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environment. Provide individualized treatment plans and progressive therapy modalities to address a variety of diseases and impairments, with in-house therapy and local management support. Office or facility-based role focused on delivering compassionate, patient- and family-centered care within Liberty Healthcare and Rehabilitation Services. Requires license in the state and graduation from an accredited therapy program; prior SNF rehab experience is preferred.
