Job Summary
Coordinate with clinical caregivers to ensure residents and patients achieve full recovery and timely return to enjoyed activities under the integrated care model. Provide occupational therapy services to residents in Signature HealthCARE nursing homes nationwide and individuals on an outpatient basis. Work within a team focused on person-directed care and quality outcomes in a skilled nursing facility environment.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited program of occupational therapy, culminating in a minimum of a bachelor-of-science degree
- Current certificate with the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy or eligible for certificate as required by state guidelines
- Valid occupational therapy license in the state where services are rendered
