Job Summary
Design and implement individualized occupational therapy programs for patients and residents while conducting initial and ongoing assessments to track progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care, educate patients on safe living skills and adaptive techniques, and document all patient progress and treatment plans in the electronic medical records system. Participate in regular interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and share best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy (OT)
- New Jersey State OT licensure
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
