Job Summary
Provide skilled OT services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) as a PRN role at the Daytona facility. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life. Must be licensed in Florida as an OT (or license-eligible). Prior SNF or post-acute experience and Net Health knowledge are preferred.
