Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and functional assessments to develop individualized treatment plans focused on activities of daily living. Deliver skilled interventions addressing cognitive, perceptual, sensory, and mobility deficits while recommending adaptive equipment and environmental modifications. Educate patients, families, and caregivers to support successful outcomes and collaborate with nursing, physicians, and facility leadership on interdisciplinary care plans and discharge discussions. Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants as appropriate and maintain accurate, compliant documentation. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy
- Current Ohio Occupational Therapist license in good standing
