Job Summary
Evaluate patients and create individualized treatment plans to improve function and independence. Deliver therapeutic interventions, document progress, and adjust plans as needed. Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy goals while collaborating with an interdisciplinary care team. Provide supervision and guidance to Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs). This full-time, Monday–Friday role offers a rate of approximately $55-65/hr with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k, PTO, and continuing education support. New grads are welcome to join our respected Skilled Nursing Facility in Aberdeen, WA, where you will contribute to high-quality rehab services within a supportive, collaborative environment.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Current WA license (or eligibility)
