Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments and develop individualized treatment plans to facilitate residents' return to functional activities and community reintegration. Collaborate closely with nursing staff, physical therapists, and other clinical caregivers within the integrated care model to ensure timely recovery and full rehabilitation outcomes. Provide skilled therapy services to residents in a 100-bed nursing facility setting, supporting both short-term and long-term care populations. Maintain current National Board certification and state licensure as required. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited program of occupational therapy, culminating in a minimum of a bachelor-of-science degree
- Current certificate with the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy or eligible for certificate as required by state guidelines
- Valid occupational therapy license in the state where services are rendered
