Job Summary
Coordinate with clinical caregivers to ensure residents and patients achieve full recovery and timely return to enjoyable activities under Signature Rehab's integrated care model. Provide occupational therapy services to residents of Signature HealthCARE nursing homes nationwide and to individuals on an outpatient basis. Maintain functional levels for long-term care residents through our rehab-to-home program while supporting a culture of resident-centered healthcare and personalized spirituality.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited program of occupational therapy, culminating in a minimum of a bachelor-of-science degree
- Current certificate with the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy or eligible for certificate as required by state guidelines
- Valid occupational therapy license in the state where services are rendered
