Job Summary
Coordinate with clinical caregivers to ensure residents achieve full recovery and timely return to enjoyed activities within Signature Rehab's integrated care model. Deliver top rehabilitation care to residents of Signature HealthCARE nursing homes nationwide and individuals on an outpatient basis. Maintain a valid occupational therapy license and current National Board certification as required by state guidelines. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited program of occupational therapy, culminating in a minimum of a bachelor-of-science degree
- Current certificate with the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy or eligible for certificate as required by state guidelines
- Valid occupational therapy license in the state where services are rendered
