Job Summary
Collaborate with clinical caregivers to ensure residents and patients achieve full recovery and timely return to enjoyable activities through Signature Rehab's integrated care model. Provide occupational therapy services to residents of Signature HealthCARE nursing homes nationwide and individuals on an outpatient basis. Maintain current certification with the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy and hold a valid state license. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited program of occupational therapy, culminating in a minimum of a bachelor-of-science degree
- Current certificate with the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy or eligible for certificate as required by state guidelines
- Valid occupational therapy license in the state where services are rendered
