Occupational Therapist (OT) needed for a Full-Time position in a Skilled Nursing Facility/Long-Term Care setting. Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments; create and implement personalized care plans; collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes; maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements; ensure physician orders are up to date. Required Qualifications
- Licensed Occupational Therapist in the state of practice
- NBCOT certification as an OTR (if required by state)
- Degree in Occupational Therapy from an AOTA-accredited program
