Job Summary
Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments; create and implement personalized care plans; collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes; maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements and ensure all physician orders are up to date. The role supports new grads and offers mentorship, professional development, and immigration support for H1B candidates. Required Qualifications
- Licensed Occupational Therapist
- Current license as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice
- NBCOT certification as OTR if required by state
- Degree in Occupational Therapy (BS, MS, MA, or OTD) from an AOTA-accredited program
