Job Summary
Occupational Therapist - FT needed to evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments in a Skilled Nursing Facility/Long-Term Care setting. Responsibilities include creating and implementing personalized care plans, collaborating with team members to ensure quality outcomes, maintaining documentation to meet regulatory requirements, and ensuring up-to-date physician orders. Requires licensure as an OT in the state and NBCOT certification as applicable; new grads welcome with mentorship available. Immigration support for H1B candidates is offered.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a licensed Occupational Therapist to apply
- Degree in Occupational Therapy (BS, MS, MA, or OTD) from an AOTA-accredited program
- NBCOT certification as an OTR, if required by state
- Current license as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice
