Job Summary
Occupational Therapist position in a Skilled Nursing Facility/Long-Term Care setting. Evaluate and treat patients with functional and cognitive impairments and ADL limitations, develop and implement individualized care plans, collaborate with multidisciplinary team, maintain regulatory-compliant documentation, and ensure physician orders are current. Requires OT degree (BS/MS/MA/OTD), NBCOT certification (OTR as required by state), and active OT license in the practicing state. Immigration support for H1B candidates is offered. New grads welcome with mentorship opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Must be licensed Occupational Therapist to apply
- Degree in Occupational Therapy (BS, MS, MA, or OTD) from an AOTA-accredited program
- NBCOT certification as an OTR (where required by state)
- Current license as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice
