Job Summary
Occupational Therapist role in a Skilled Nursing Facility/Long-Term Care setting. Responsible for evaluating and treating patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments; creating and implementing personalized care plans; collaborating with the care team to ensure quality outcomes; maintaining documentation to meet regulatory requirements; ensuring up-to-date physician orders. Requires licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the practice state, NBCOT-OTR certification if required by state, and an OT degree (BS/MS/MA/OTD). New grads welcome with mentorship. Immigration support available for H1B candidates and transfers.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Occupational Therapist in the state of practice
- NBCOT-OTR certification (if required by state)
- Degree in Occupational Therapy (BS, MS, MA, or OTD) from an AOTA-accredited program
