Job Summary
Occupational Therapist (OT) - Full-Time in a Skilled Nursing Facility/Long-Term Care setting. Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments; create and implement personalized care plans; collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes; maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements and obtain up-to-date physician orders. Requires OT degree from AOTA-accredited program, NBCOT (where required by state), and current OT license. New grads are welcome with mentorship. Required Qualifications
- Licensed Occupational Therapist (state of practice)
- Degree in Occupational Therapy (BS, MS, MA, or OTD) from an AOTA-accredited program
- NBCOT certification as OTR if required by state
- Current state license as Occupational Therapist
- Strong communication and organizational skills
