Job Summary
Full-time Occupational Therapist needed at a Skilled Nursing Facility/Long-Term Care setting. Responsibilities include evaluating and treating patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments; creating and implementing personalized care plans; collaborating with team to ensure quality outcomes; maintaining documentation to meet regulatory requirements; ensuring physician orders are current. Qualifications include a degree in Occupational Therapy (BS, MS, MA, or OTD) from an AOTA-accredited program, NBCOT certification (as required by state), and current state license; strong communication and organizational skills; new grads welcome with mentorship. Immigration support for H1B candidates is offered.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Occupational Therapist to apply
