Job Summary
Occupational Therapist - FT in a Skilled Nursing Facility / Long-Term Care setting. Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments; create and implement personalized care plans; collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure quality outcomes; maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements; ensure all physician orders are current. Requires a degree in Occupational Therapy (BS/MS/MA/OTD) from an AOTA-accredited program and current state licensure as an OT; NBCOT certification as OTR if required by the state. New grads are welcome with mentorship available. Immigration support for H1B candidates, including transfers and new filings. Required Qualifications
- Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in the practicing state
