OP Occupational Therapist (OT) needed for per diem/part-time outpatient therapy in Dallas, PA with potential coverage at additional clinics. Responsibilities include delivering high-quality OT services with minimal supervision, developing treatment plans, supervising assistants, maintaining open communication with patients and staff, and engaging with physicians and the local community. Requires Master’s degree or higher in Occupational Therapy and a PA state license; outpatient experience preferred. Per diem/part-time schedule (15-20 hours/week) with growth potential to permanent part-time or full-time; mentorship and supportive team environment.
