Job Summary
Establish appropriate goals and creatively execute treatment plans for older adults while supervising Occupational Therapist Assistants. Maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation as a member of the interdisciplinary team. Help patients achieve critical outcomes by acting as a trusted partner to the community. Work flexible hours and weekends to support the geriatric population in senior-living and post-acute settings. Required Qualifications
- Be a graduate of an accredited school for Occupational Therapists
- Hold a valid state license
- Ability to work flexible hours and weekends
- At least one year experience as therapist in acute care, long-term care and/or rehabilitation
