Job Summary
PRN Occupational Therapist (OT) position in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) in Naples, FL. Provide skilled OT-related therapy services to residents and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life. Per Diem scheduling with flexible hours. Supports clinicians with realistic caseloads and modern rehab facilities. Qualifications include graduation from an accredited OT program and active Florida OT license (or license-eligible). SNF or post-acute experience and Net Health knowledge are preferred.
