Job Summary
Provide occupational therapy services to residents in Sprenger Health Care's senior living communities; conduct screenings to determine intervention needs; evaluate residents to obtain data for treatment planning; coordinate treatment plans with residents, families, and the care team; implement and conduct therapy as outlined in the plan; opportunities for professional growth and development; competitive wage and comprehensive benefits package including health/dental/vision, 401k, tuition reimbursement, PTO, and paid vacation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Successful completion of National Certification Examination for OTR
- Current state licensure or license eligible
- Ongoing continuing education and professional development
