Occupational Therapist (OT) - PRN

Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary care team; provide occupational therapy services focused on restoring function, independence, and quality of life; conduct screenings and identify residents who would benefit from intervention; supervise and collaborate with COTA staff as applicable; initiate referrals when appropriate in accordance with department procedures; document clearly and efficiently in support of quality outcomes. In-house therapy model emphasizes resident-centered care, clinician autonomy, mentorship from day one, flexible scheduling, and growth within a 12-facility network.
