Occupational Therapist (OT) -PRN

Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with families and the interdisciplinary care team. Provide occupational therapy services focused on restoring function, independence, and quality of life, while conducting screenings to identify residents who benefit from intervention. Supervise and collaborate with COTA staff, initiate referrals per department procedures, and document clearly to support quality outcomes. This role prioritizes therapy time and clinical autonomy within an in-house, clinician-led model at Sprenger Therapy, a family-owned organization operating 12 skilled nursing facilities.
