Job Summary
Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans while collaborating with families and the interdisciplinary team. Provide occupational therapy services focused on restoring function, independence, and quality of life through screenings that identify residents needing intervention. Supervise and collaborate with COTA staff, initiate referrals per department procedures, and document clearly to support quality outcomes. This role offers mentorship for new graduates within a clinician-led, family-owned in-house model where therapy time is protected from non-therapy tasks.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Successful completion of the National Certification Examination for OTR
- Current OT license or license-eligible
- Commitment to patient-first, outcomes-driven care
- Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
