Job Summary
Provide Occupational Therapy services including screening, evaluation, and treatment of patients; establish measurable goals and develop treatment plans to maximize independence; supervise OT Assistants and rehab techs; interpret and communicate evaluation findings and treatment plans to patients, families, and team; ensure compliance with state practice act. Roles include care at Riverside Oaks in Victoria, TX and Palma Real in Mathis, TX, with focus on patient care, documentation, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited School of Occupational Therapy
- Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of current practice
- Good communication skills and ability to relate professionally to patients, family, and staff
- Capable of performing responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodations
