Job Summary
Provide high-quality occupational therapy services to residents in a rehabilitation setting (PRN). Implement individualized treatment plans developed with the rehabilitation team; conduct comprehensive evaluations and establish measurable short- and long-term goals. Deliver evidence-based OT interventions to improve daily living skills and functional mobility; educate residents, families, and caregivers on techniques to support progress and safety. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care and maintain accurate documentation per facility and regulatory guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Active Occupational Therapist license (OTR/L) in Indiana
- Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitation settings preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to patient-centered care and quality outcomes
