Job Summary
PRN Occupational Therapist to evaluate residents’ occupational needs, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, provide supervision for COTAs, participate in interdisciplinary meetings, and educate family and treatment staff. Opportunity to treat at multiple locations within the CommuniCare Rehab network; in-house team-based care for residents with a focus on improving quality of life in a post-acute care setting.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- valid or pending State Occupational Therapy License
