Occupational Therapist (OT) PRN provides diagnostic evaluations and treatment to SNF patients, designs and administers treatment programs, develops home programs, educates patients and families, writes evaluations, maintains patient records, and guides support staff to achieve functional goals; requires travel as needed and strong communication and organizational skills.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Bachelors, Masters, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy
- Current registration with the American Occupational Therapy Association required.
- Proficiency with all applicable state, federal, and professional standards
