Job Summary
Assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver occupational therapy to restore physical abilities and independence. Design individualized programs that reinforce and enhance patient capabilities while training patients and caregivers on skills for productivity. Collaborate with peers, make referrals to ensure comprehensive care, and adapt to diverse patient needs across facility settings. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in an occupational therapy curriculum accredited by ACOTE standards
- initial registration from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy
- valid and unencumbered occupational therapy license as required in the state of practice
