Assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver occupational therapy to help older adults regain independence and thrive. Design individualized programs that restore, reinforce, and enhance physical abilities while teaching patients and caregivers essential skills for productivity. Collaborate with peers to make referrals and provide comprehensive care across skilled nursing, assisted living, outpatient, and home-based settings. This full-time role in a facility offers a $42–$47/hour salary with a $3,000 sign-on bonus, plus medical, dental, and vision benefits. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in an occupational therapy curriculum accredited by ACOTE standards
- initial registration from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy
- valid and unencumbered occupational therapy license as required in the state of practice
