Job Summary
Assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver occupational therapy to help older adults regain independence and thrive. Design individualized programs that restore and reinforce physical abilities while training patients and caregivers on essential skills. Collaborate with peers to make referrals and ensure comprehensive care across skilled nursing, assisted living, outpatient clinics, and home-based settings. This role supports the mission of improving lives through patient-centered rehabilitation services.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in an occupational therapy curriculum accredited by ACOTE standards
- initial registration from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy
- valid and unencumbered occupational therapy license as required in the state of practice
