Job Summary
Assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver occupational therapy to help older adults regain independence and thrive. Design individualized programs that restore, reinforce, and enhance physical abilities while training patients and caregivers on necessary skills. Collaborate with peers to make referrals when needed and adapt care to diverse patient requirements within facility settings. This role offers a salary of $40.00 - $44.00 per hour in an in-facility environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in an occupational therapy curriculum accredited by ACOTE standards
- initial registration from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy
- valid and unencumbered occupational therapy license as required in the state of practice
