Job Summary
Assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver occupational therapy to help older adults restore independence and thrive. Design individualized programs that reinforce physical abilities and train patients and caregivers on skills for productivity. Collaborate with peers, make referrals as needed, and adapt to diverse patient requirements across facility settings. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in an occupational therapy curriculum accredited by ACOTE standards
- initial registration from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy
- valid and unencumbered occupational therapy license as required in the state of practice
