Job Summary
Assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver occupational therapy to restore, reinforce, and enhance physical abilities and independence. Design individualized programs that promote patient and caregiver independence and productivity through direct training. Collaborate with peers and make referrals to ensure patients receive comprehensive care for thriving in their daily lives. This full-time role reports to the Director of Rehab within the Genesis Healthcare facility, offering a competitive hourly rate of $50.00-$60.00 with $20,000 bonus eligibility.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in an occupational therapy curriculum accredited by ACOTE standards
- initial registration from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy
- a valid and unencumbered occupational therapy license as required in the state of practice
