Job Summary
Assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver occupational therapy to help patients regain independence and productivity. Design individualized programs that restore, reinforce, and enhance physical abilities while training patients and caregivers on necessary skills. Collaborate with peers to make referrals for comprehensive care, adapting to diverse patient needs across facility settings. This role reports to the Director of Rehab and includes a clinical mentorship program for new graduates. Powerback offers a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, 401k, and on-demand pay, with salary ranging from $37.00 to $45.00 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in an occupational therapy curriculum accredited by ACOTE standards
- initial registration from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy
- valid and unencumbered occupational therapy license as required in the state of practice
