Job Summary
Assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver occupational therapy to restore physical abilities and independence. Train patients and caregivers on skills to promote productivity while collaborating with peers and making referrals to ensure comprehensive care. Design individualized programs that reinforce and enhance patient capabilities across skilled nursing, assisted living, outpatient, and home-based settings. This role is based in a facility and reports to the Director of Rehab. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in an occupational therapy curriculum accredited by ACOTE standards
- initial registration from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy
- valid and unencumbered occupational therapy license as required in the state of practice
