Job Summary
Assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver occupational therapy to help patients regain independence and productivity. Design individualized programs that restore, reinforce, and enhance physical abilities while collaborating with peers and making referrals when necessary. Train patients and caregivers on skills to promote their long-term thriving. This in-facility role supports older adults across skilled nursing, assisted living, outpatient, and home-based settings. Full-time positions include comprehensive benefits, clinical mentorship, and free continuing education.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in an occupational therapy curriculum accredited by ACOTE standards
- initial registration from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy
- valid and unencumbered occupational therapy license as required in the state of practice
