Job Summary
Occupational Therapist (OT) in facility-based rehabilitation. Assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver occupational therapy to improve independence and function. Collaborate with peers, educate patients and caregivers, and tailor programs to individual goals. Eligible for Visa/Green Card sponsorship and relocation assistance; full-time opportunity with benefits, 401k, and ongoing CEUs. Qualifications include ACOTE-accredited bachelor's degree, NBCOT registration, and a state-specific OT license. Posted salary range is USD 44.00–49.00 per hour for El Campo, TX.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in an ACOTE-accredited occupational therapy curriculum
- Initial registration from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT)
- Valid and unencumbered occupational therapy license as required in the state of practice
