Job Summary
OTs assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver occupational therapy in an in-facility setting. The role emphasizes patient-centered care, collaboration with peers, and training patients and caregivers to promote independence and productivity. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in an occupational therapy curriculum accredited by ACOTE standards
- Initial registration from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT)
- Valid and unencumbered occupational therapy license as required in the state of practice
