Job Summary
Occupational Therapist needed in-facility at Las Cruces, NM for full-time opportunity supporting patients in a long-term care setting. You will assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, deliver occupational therapy, educate patients and caregivers to promote independence, collaborate with the rehab team, and contribute to patient-centered care. The role entails designing programs to restore and enhance physical abilities, and working with peers while facilitating referrals and teamwork. Compensation includes a $10,000 bonus eligible and a posted range of $40-$55 per hour; reporting to the Director of Rehab in an in-facility environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in occupational therapy curriculum accredited by ACOTE standards
- Initial registration from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT)
- Valid and unencumbered state license to practice occupational therapy
