Job Summary
Provide occupational therapy services in facility-based settings. Assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver occupational therapy. Educate patients and caregivers to promote independence and productivity. Collaborate with peers and refer to other services as needed to support patient recovery. Operate under supervision of the Director of Rehab and contribute to a patient-centered rehabilitation program.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in an occupational therapy curriculum accredited by ACOTE standards
- Initial registration from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy
- Valid and unencumbered occupational therapy license as required in the state of practice
